Rob and Rich both helped us through a very extensive planning process, where they came up with some excellent ideas and introduced us to a variety of products. We also found it invaluable to view their excellent showroom. In this way they patiently helped us to decide precisely what we wanted.

When it came to the installation, they exhibited professionalism, care and a very high level of attention to detail. When unexpected issues occurred, they dealt with them rapidly. If we had any concerns, they addressed them immediately. We also felt confident that they could be trusted to look after our property and in this respect they went way beyond what could be expected.
